Improved understanding and communication, deeper friendships, and greater intimacy are common goals for couples therapy. I’m passionate about helping couples repair, rebuild, and strengthen their relationships. In therapy we can identify and reduce patterns of disconnection and restore (or build upon existing) patterns of connection.

When working with couples I closely follow the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. This method is grounded in over 40-years of research and is designed to teach specific tools to improve the quality of your relationship.
